Leila Search

Leila has 20+ years of experience in financial services and technology investments. She leads IFC’s FinTech investments in Latin America and also leads specific verticals globally including TradeTech and Lending.

Prior to IFC she worked at Bank of America in financial lending and structured finance products, and the World Bank Group in financial sector development of emerging markets. Leila also had a previous career in programming and technology development that contributes to her enthusiasm for FinTech innovation. Leila is based in Washington DC and attended American University.
