Adal Flores

Adalberto Flores is the Co-founder and CEO of Kueski, the fastest growing digital financial services platform in LATAM. Adalberto’s mission is to simplify people’s financial lives through innovation.

This platform consists of 3 products: a payment method that allows people to make online purchases without a card (Kueski Pay); online loans (Kueski Cash), and paycheck advances (Kueski Up).

Kueski has raised over $300M in equity & debt financing, distributed +7.7million loans across all three products, totaling more than $1.2 billion in loan transactions, and a revenue run-rate of $105M+.

Prior to founding Kueski in 2012, Adalberto managed operations at Ooyala in Mexico. He has been recognized with awards such as the Intel Entrepreneurship Challenge prize (2009), the E100 Mexico West Entrepreneurship Recognition (2012), and Adolf Horn (2019).

He graduated with an Industrial and Systems Engineer degree at Tec de Monterrey, and speaks Mandarin, Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
