Fintech Nexus is pursuing a sale of its assets

When we sold our events business to Fintech Meetup last year, we decided to focus on building the digital media business. Started during the pandemic, this business had never received the attention it deserved.

Now, almost a year later, we have proven that our digital media assets can be a profitable, enjoyable, and valuable small business. However, the infrastructure (and capitalization) required to run a multinational events business does not fit the new model.

We have engaged a third party to manage the process of selling our remaining assets. This includes multiple large email lists (combined over 140,000 names), a catalog of over 15,000 articles and 1,000+ videos, as well as a great reputation with all the industry leaders in fintech. This would be an excellent tuck-in for an existing media business or a fintech that wants to add digital media to its B2B customer acquisition repertoire.

Personally, I love this industry and the business we have built, so I am happy to help the potential acquirer on at least a part-time basis. This sentiment goes for the other members of our team.

If you are interested in taking a look at this unique opportunity, then please fill out this short form and our team will be in touch.

We hope to find a productive new home for Fintech Nexus so we can continue serving the fintech community as we have been doing for more than a decade.

If this piques your interest, let us know. If not, we will continue to execute business as usual.

Now, back to our regular programming.
