Ricardo leads the Regional Consumer Products, Card Benefits, Loyalty, and Data products organization that delivers the value proposition and promise behind Visa Credit and Debit products’ platforms. In LAC, we support clients with solutions and subject matter expertise in the areas of Product Development, Loyalty stacks, Segmentation modeling, and Data predictive models / analytics. The team also manages the end-to-end promise fulfillment to clients and cardholders through our network of operating centers and digital outlets.
Before joining Visa, Ricardo was leading the Electronic Merchant Services for American Express in Latin America and Caribbean. He holds a BA in International Business from Rollins College, MBA and Science from Florida International University, and ECs in Technology and Product Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management and Strategic Marketing Management from NYU Stern School of Business.
